The DNA chip analysis process can be largely divided into image processing, normalization, and clustering. This service provides analysis using numerical data generated from image processing.
Currently, a major methodology involves compensating errors -- to which the multivariate statistical technique applies -- in the chip experiment using two fluorescent materials. Still, it remains within the scope of numerical data analysis. Therefore, the experimenter should apply methods that can be optimized according to the type of experiment and depending on the DNA chip features.
Macrogen¡¯s analysis of data on all commercial chips is based on proprietary function information database extracted from the public domain, using both the advanced statistical analysis method and method optimized according to the client¡¯s requirements.
