AB 1700 Microarray requires 30ug for the RT method and 2ug or more for the RT-IVT method. For the quality of Total RNA, an A260/280 ratio of 1.8 or more is recommended for the clear identification of the band of 28S and 18S rRNA in case of electrophoresis. |

Analysis is completed within 1 ~ 2 weeks of sample receipt. In case of unavoidable delay, the person in charge shall advise the client in advance. |

After an experiment starts, related data are stored for 6 months; remaining samples are disposed of accordingly after the results are sent. |

For the data provided, false color overlay (JPEG image) and Original Data sheet are sent; as a reference to the analysis, data are normalized in the Excel sheet based on company procedures and sent by e-mail. The original Tiff image can be sent upon the client’s request via ftp (file transfer protocol) or in CD (compact disc) form through mutual consent. |
