Macrogen is a sole distributor of CombiMatrix arrays in Korea. Combimatrix offers complete
customizable packages for mRNA expression, microRNA expression, SNP genotyping and
Re-sequencing.
CombiMatrix is the first commercial chip with semiconductor technology. It uses a specially
modified “CMOS” semiconductor to direct the molecular assembly of a specific sequence of
DNA bases in response to a digital command. The synthesis of the chip is so fast and simple that it perfectly serves the purpose of full-range customization with minimal production cost.

We perform the synthesis of custom chips from customer-supplied gene list.
We conduct the hybridization experiment and basic statistical analysis of the chip result with
  customer’s sample.
Tens of CatalogArrays are also available for fast experiment with proven content.
MicroRNA array is also available, both as CatalogArray™ and CustomArray™.
Most of the chips are re-usable.
