The Karyo chip requires DNA of 3ug or more. For the quality of DNA, A260/280 ratio of 1.8 or more and DNA fragment of 1kb or more in case of electrophoresis are recommended. |

Analysis is completed within 1 ~ 2 weeks of sample receipt. In case of unavoidable delay, the person in charge shall advise the client in advance. |

After an experiment starts, related data are stored for 6 months; remaining samples are disposed of accordingly after the results are sent. |
